how to cancel if I never signed up

I am being charged for a Spotify subscription reoccuringly through my credit card. I never directly signed up for Spotify so I am guessing at some point I had signed up for something that came with a free subscription that turned into a paid one. How do I reach someone to cancel this? i cannot locate any customer service phone numbers or emails online. The phone number provided with the automatic withdrawal on my credit card does not answer. I have called and left multiple messages. I am disputing these charges through my bank. 

Please help.
