i got a new phone and i uploaded the App but i can't log in.

i got a new phone and i uploaded the App but i can't log in.

i uploaded the app to my new I-phone and tried to log in.. i get a message that something went wrong. Code 30

Hi there,

 

Thanks for reaching out. Can you still login on the website, such as in the account page? If yes, the issue is most likely app related. Try a clean reinstall of the app and double check if any firewall or other network settings are blocking Spotify's network access.
