me and my friend cant find eachother on spotify

my friends spotify disappeared from my followings and did the same exact thing to her with my spotify. anytime i try to open or scan her profile it says something went wrong. all of her playlists i was following disappeared from my library and i just cant find her profile or either can she. i tried to do the spotify:user:username thingy but it did the same exact thing. can someone pls help us? also when i sent her profile to someone else, they could open it but for me her acc doesnt exist and its the same for her with mine

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

This might have happened if you've accidentally blocked your friend. Let your friend send you a link to her Spotify Profile. To do this, go to Profile > Click the 3-dot menu > Copy link to profile.

Afterwards:

1. Go to their profile and click  .
2. Select Unblock.
