Hello, good evening, my problem is that as soon as I close the application (Spotify) it starts to mess up the audio, but this only happens with the headset, as if it were far away the audio remains, I've already uninstalled it, I've cleared the cache, I've closed and opened the application and the same thing continues, the application is already updated and so is my system, please help me.
Poco X7 pro

Thanks for the videos, @Davidzinh!
Just to confirm, do other apps exhibit the same behavior on your Poco X7 pro or is it only Spotify that's affected? Also, does the issue occur only when the screen is locked? Is the audio fine while the phone is unlocked?
It's worth checking if switching to another Wi-Fi network or using mobile data instead makes a difference. If you're using any data-saving or battery-optimization apps/settings, try disabling them as well.
Something else that comes to mind is testing if disabling/changing any sound effects you might have active (such as Dolby Atmos or Immersive Sound, for example) in the Android settings > Sound and vibration helps alleviate the issue.
Hope this helps! Cheers 🤘
Hey @Davidzinh,
Thanks for reaching out via the Community and we appreciate you sharing what troubleshooting steps you've done so far.
To investigate if this issue is possibly with the headset, could you let us know if the audio issue persists if you're listening to music on your phone via another music app/source? If possible, you could also test connecting your headset to another device and let us know if there's discrepancies with Spotify's audio there as well.
You mentioned a reinstall, but just to be on the safe side, I recommend a clean reinstall with these steps as it's more detailed than a regular one.
Something else that comes to mind is to check if you've got any apps installed on your phone that can interfere with the audio or any sound settings which may be causing this.
Lastly, please send us some more details about the headset (make, model, etc.) and how you connect it to your phone (and other devices).
We'll be on the lookout.
Hi, I managed to record the audio crashing without headphones, but I don't know how to send it to you
Thanks for the reply, @Davidzinh!
If you're unable to attach the file here in your reply, you can upload it to Google Drive and share the URL instead - just make sure it's available to anyone with the link.
Also, have you tried turning off Volume normalization and the Equalizer, as well as changing the audio quality in the app's settings to see if that alleviates the issue? If you're using any other external audio-enhancing apps or settings, I'd recommend disabling them as well.
Let us know how it goes 👍
Hi again, @Davidzinh,
I'm unable to view the file you've sent. Could you change the permissions so it's available to anyone with the link? You'll find a guide on how to do that here.

⬆️ Could you take a look at this as well? 🙏
Sorry, I've put it up now for everyone to see, now you can access the link, I'm really sorry, about what you said, I've already tested other applications other than Spotify and the audio didn't stop, the same thing happened with Spotify, but only when I listen to podcasts, I tested my Spotify on another device and the audio came out beautifully, it only happened for now on my well x7 pro.

Thank you, it was the immersive sound that was causing this, when I removed it it improved, I tested it with and without it and the audio improved a lot.
