my spotify wrapped doesnt work

i tried it on my phone, diffrent web browsers i logged in and out both on the client and in the browser but it always either doesnt load or it says there is an issue that will be fixed soon, yet its ben going on for a week and all of my friends who use it have it just fine. ive been using spotify for about 2 months i dont know if that does affect it

We'd first recommend taking a look at this Spotify Answer. 

If that doesn't help, it'd be helpful if you could share a screenshot of what you see when this happens so we can take a closer look. Just make sure that there's no private/sensitive info displayed when posting in the Community.
