nothing works

Regardless of what I do, Spotify fails to work for me on my PC using the webpayer.  And, every time I try to log in using either my email address or username, It fails and I also have to go thru a capcha routine to still be blocked from using.  When I am allowed to pass thru the gates, nothing works. 

I have a family plan and am NOT using facebook.  I have an immense dislike foe facebook due to their failure in privacy.

Nothing I have searched on Spotify answers any question I have and no amount of troubleshooting works. 

An hour ago, when trying to get Spotify to work, It caused a blue screen crash of Win10x64.

I'm very unhappy with Spotify because it fails on SO MANY levels.
