hi everyone,
i just recieved the onkyo tx-nr414 and i am unable to login with spotify,
i am a premium account,
since i use a facebook account for spotify i made the device password.
i tryed my facebook login and my device login but both times it keeps telling me this
"login error, please check your account information. for help with your password visit spotify website
i have restarted everything.
set the onkyo on dhcp ipadres and on a static adres,
i am able to listen to the other online services of the onkyo

as said in my previous message, i used my facebook and device login, with device login i ment the numerical username+ an easy password made up from lowercase letters and numbers only
i disabled upnp on my modem already, i read this somewhere.
if i capture all the send/recieved data and post it here, is that something u guys can work with?
if so, would a wireshark log file work?
It wouldn't mean much to me I'm afraid, since I'm not familiar with how the Onkyo system works. Best bet is to get in touch with the Spotify support team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
