Chromecast Keep Freezing

Hi, When i play on Iphone / Ipad or PC, no problem but the minute i start streaming to Chromecast, it starts freezing very 10 seconds for 1 or 2 second to download like if i was on 56k connection ... What is going on ? Thank you for your help !
