"Upcoming Tab" on Spotify for Artists Site

This tab was hung out there on the Spotify for Artists site with the promise that before a song is released it will show up there to be submitted for potential curation and consideration for editorial playlist placement. So far for us and many others I know who've used different distributers too - this promise has been pure fiction. It not even that that functionality has presented itself and we haven't been chosen, it's that that functionality actually has never existed for us.  We see tab, we've heard the promise, and we've religiously monitored the release process with multiple releases now - nothing - NADA...
