spotify not loading on windows 8.1 phone possible solution

ive been spending the last week since i got my phone a  nokia lumina  635 trying to get the phone working have tried every solution i can find im coming to the conclusion that  its  not  loading the playlists  properly  it should be one thing they can fix  otherwise i have no reason to keep premium , other thing i noticed is its not detecting i have premium on the website  im wondering if that can be causing a issue  as well

I've got the same phone, and the same problem... I have 2 playlists, which contains about 3000 songs, maybe it's too much to load. The application loading without stoping, even if I am in a 4G place...
