spotify on fireTV stopped working, after 6 months of no problems.

cant log into my accont on spotify on fireTV with any available method -- qr code, regular u/p, spotify.com/pair or by selecting the TV from my phone. i have only one WIFI, its 250mpbs+, all other streaming apps on fireTV are working. i uninstalled and reinstalled. i deleted cache/data. i rebooted router and firetv. been working with your twitter support for a few hours, with no result.

Spotify App on Amazon TV won't let me log in. Have tried selecting TV as device. Tried logging in manually. Nothing works. Cleared cache and deleted and re-installed Spotify app multiple times. Amazon TV is up to date also.

We'd recommend to test this with a different account. If a family member has a Spotify account, it could be a good idea to ask them to try to log in on your TV to see if the app behaves the same way.
