unable to submit an idea

when i want to submit a new idea i get this message:

It's odd that you'd get an error like this. It looks like you're trying to post the idea from an iPad, so try using some different devices instead. An incognito window can definitely help too. If you use a VPN, disable it as it can interfere with server communication.
