My Question or Issue

I have a Premium Family Account with 3 members.

Last week in holiday (Spain) I try to add my wife in our "Group".

But we get the info that it is the wrong country.

The Account is in Germany and we take also this address for the verification.

Now, back in Germany we try it again.

But still we get the same answer. - wrong country -

Ok, I uninstall the Spotify App from the phone and try again after a new instalation.

It doesn´t work.

Hey @Laserrider 

 

Most of those problems come from a difference between the country shown through your IP address, and the one in her profile.

 

First, check your IP address here.


After that, compare it to the country shown in her profile.

 

If she opened her account with Facebook, her country is tied to the country shown in her Facebook account, so she may need to change it there.

 

Change her country setting in her profile page so it matches what your IP address shows.

It was so easy. The Country in here Account was ES.

I change it in Germany and thats it.
