My Question or Issue

 I am trying to add a family member to my family premium account and when I send him the email with the invitation it tells him he is unable to join the family plan. I don't understand why. We live in the same home address

Es simple, pueden vivir en la misma dirección pero valida bien como esta poniendo los datos, por ejemplo
Quizas tu pones: Av. Girasoles 1489 / postal Lima 01
Quizas esa persona pone:  Av Girasoles1489 / postal Lima01
o quizas lo registraste con un solo un apellido y el pone los 2, o viceversa.

me refiero a que quizas lo pones distinto al creador de la cuenta familiar, valida bien que ponga la misma dirección y en el mismo orden, si en caso no agarre al administrador de la cuenta familiar elimine a todos y agregue a todos nuevamente, SOLUCIONADO.
