My Question or Issue

Roommates and I moved very recently. Thought I updated our plan address but didn't. One of them got the address verification email so I told the other roommates to expect the email as well. No one else got one. The one that did entered the new address as I'd told him it had been updated, got no error message or failure, but today he was kicked off. After checking when he says he was kicked off, I found the account is still at our old address.

 

Any way to get him back on the plan after I update the address? It said he wouldn't be able to join a plan for a year...

I've been in a same situation. I contacted the support via the chat (just click on the topics and then "I need help for something else". You'll get a real person instead of a chat robot. I explained the situation and the support unlocked my account so I can join a Family or Duo plan again. (didn't try to do it yet). 
It's a total abuse of power: only 7 days to confirm an email drowned in the mass of emails we all have, and blocking the account from joining an existing Family or Duo subscriptions (even the one you were in) for 1 year! Shouldn't be legal.

I hope you'll be able to reach the support.
