Billing Mistake

Billing Mistake

I had a premium account for student (my billing date was 12.day and i paid for 3.month)Today, i started family plan. My new billing date is 4.04 now but also full charged But i am just only use family plan for a 14 days (from 20.03 to 4.04 ) Why i pay like i use like for a month ??

thanks for reaching out to the community !

 

You can’t pay for Premium Student by mobile billing or with another company.

If you already pay this way, you first need to cancel and wait for your current Premium to end.

Also, you can't combine Premium Student with Premium Family.

I also suggest checking out your account overview page, scroll and find the "Receipts" tab to view all payment changes made on your account.
