Cómo puedo cambiar mi Plan Familiar de Pago Mensual a Anual?

hace tiempo entre al chat de ayuda y me indicaron la página para hacer el pago pero a la hora que escoger 1 pago anual de xxxxx me pone: "Lo sentimos, pero no cumples con los requisitos para este plan. Aquí te dejamos otras formas de obtener Premium." pero ya soy premium solo quiero cambiar la forma de pagarlo

Thank you for your posts here in the Community. We hope you don't mind us replying in English.

 

If you have a recurring subscription at the moment, you need to cancel first. No worries, you won't lose the Premium time you have left. Once done, try paying for the annual subscription. If you still get the same message, you'll need to wait until the Premium time you have is up and then you can go ahead and subscribe with the 12-month option. You can always check your billing date from your Account Overview page.
