Premium Plan memeber should be able to listen audiobooks as well

As a memeber of a premium account I am not able to listen audiobooks for free like the manager of the account, that needs to be fixed.

It´s amazing that Spotify doesn´t has a help desk or someone to answer your quiestions.I already change to Premium for Family.But they other users can´t discharge the playlist to use it offline.Do you know the mail or phone to contact Spotify ???

Child joining Family Account

I currently have a Duo account but would like to upgrade to Family so my child can be separate from my playlists. They're only 11 and don't have an email address - do I need to create one for the purposes of joining or is there another way?
