My Question or Issue

My roommates and I have a family plan and it is saying that one of my roommates cannot join. All my other roommates were able to join except one. We all live in the same place so I don’t understand. 

 

“We couldn’t confirm that you live with the plan manger for this Premium plan. You can join someone else’s plan again in 12 months.”

Is this the first time you set up a Premium Family plan for you all? Or have you had one in the past already?

 

The reason behind my question is that you can only switch plans once every 12 months.
