Cómo puedo hacer mi pago anual en el plan familiar ?

Hace un año fue posible que realizara el pago anual, hace un mes hice la reactivación de mi plan familiar pero no me es posible el cambiar el monto que deseo pagar solo me aparece mensual

Thanks for getting in touch about this here in the Community. Hope you don't mind a reply in English as it's the official language of the Community. 

 

The yearly payment should be still available for your Premium Family plan. Would you mind trying again from this link? 

 

If you're still unable to see this option, could you send us a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.

Hola, buen día, estoy con el mismo problema llevo dos años seguidos pagando anualmente el Spotify familiar y ahora que tengo que renovar me dice que solo mensual puedo pagar. Cuando entro la link que sugerirte más arriba dice que "no cumplo con los requisitos"(cuando dos años seguidos pude pagarlo) me podrías ayudar? Muchas gracias! Soy de argentina

Hola, llevo 2 años pagando el plan premium familiar, este año cuando iba a hacer el pago solo me dejó hacerlo por el monto mensual, ingresé al enlace que compartiste y me arroja "No reúnes los requisitos de este plan. Aquí tienes otras formas de pasarte a Premium" No reúnes los requisitos de este plan. Aquí tienes otras formas de pasarte a Premium. Todos los planes Premium tienen la opción de pago único menos el familiar

i have the same problem, the other plans can make a one-time payment of 1,3,6 or 12 months. But on the family plan, i try to make a one-time payment and only have te option of 1 month. How can I make a one-time payment of 12 months on the family plan?, im from Argentina too

We've double-checked the availability of the one-time payment option for the Family plan in Argentina and can confirm that it's currently only possible to pay for 1 month at a time as you mentioned. Apologies for any confusion caused!

Unfortunately, we don't have any news to share about this at the moment, but as mentioned you can still pay a month at a time if you want to use a one-time payment.

Hola 1/1/25 y el pago anual para pack familiar sigue desactivado 😞

Hi! I'm from Argentina, today my familiar plan from 12 months have ended and it does not appear the option of 1 year. I've read here that it is unavailable right now here in argentina, but there has been a lot of months so I am asking again if you have any information about when you are going to fix it or if it's not a mistake and it's on purpose. Thanks!

Hi, im from Chile. I just paid the Family Plan in Spotify and didnt aperar the option to pay yearly. Only appear the option monthly, and in my credit card they charged the monthly plan (7,4 USD Aprox). I want to paid my suscription yearly
I hope that the problem of the Yearly plan can be fixed.

Tambien quiero pagar el anual, y en plan familiar solo se puede por mes, en cambio para individual o duo, si aparece la opcion de pago anual. Por que no aparece para plan Familiar?

Please be aware that the payment interface is unclear for those of us who have been paying for the family plan on a quarterly or annual basis. I assume you have your reasons for this change that you prefer not to disclose. However, this significantly worsens my perception of Spotify.

Buenas, yo también soy de Argentina y llevaba dos años consecutivos con Spotify premium, pagándolo anualmente. Sigue sin funcionar el pago anual. Es muy engorroso estar pagando mensualmente, ojalá solucionen esto.
