Spotify doesn't recognise me as premium customer, forces recommended songs

I have a premium account. But when I am playing a playlist, spotify starts playing recommended songs. When I try to switch off shuffle, it days I am trying to access a premium feature. My account is all ip to date.

I have a premium account, but there ad when I listen to a podcast, why?

Since the premium account is ad-free I don't know why this is happeningI have tried to log out of my account and log on again, also this is happening on iPhone and mac app versions.
