My Question or Issue

I’ve signed up for the family plan so other devices can listen separately but on both devices, one still cuts the other out when playing. Both devices are showing as set up on the account ??

Hey @D_P_S, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

I am sorry to hear about this. It sounds like multiple devices are connected to the same account, which may be why one of them cuts out when the other device starts playing. In order for Premium Family to work, every device needs to be tied to their own separate account to avoid any music listening interruption.

 

To do this, please send an invite to the other members of your plan following these steps. Once they accept the invite, they’ll be added to your Family plan but not your individual Spotify account for listening - meaning multiple people can listen without any interruption.
