Can' invite my sister and brother to family account . Administrator is wrong .

Dear Spotify Support,

I should be the Administrator for the family account but at the moment I am not . The administrator was taken away from me and now it is my father.
I want to invite my sister and my brother to my family account
The invitation does not arrive at their email adresses. 
Potentially because the adminstrator was taken away from me ?

How shall  I send you the account details to solve the issue.

Can I send you an email with all the details ?

The issue is present since a month. 

Please help to solve this issue.

We’re sorry to hear you’ve been having difficulty inviting family members to join your Premium for Family subscription. Don’t worry! We’re here to help.

First please try re-inviting them. Just go to your Premium for Family account page, and select the member you want to re-invite. Then, click Replace, enter the member details and click Send Invite. Make sure you're using the email address registered in their accounts.

If nothing works, could you ask them to check their junk/spam filter for the email?
