Spotify Premium for Family

Hi there,

 

One of my family member was part of our Spotify Family subscription. However, after using for 1 month he got kicked out and the account turned back to free account. I have tried to help him patch up again by sending the invitation again but seems like even with the correct address entered it will still show up error saying account is invalid.

Welcome to the Spotify Community, we're glad to see you're part of the band.

 

Right now, all members of the Premium for Family plan must live in the same physical address.

 

If you're having trouble verifying the address on his account, and he lives in the same physical address as you, we suggest contacting our Support team via @SpotifyCares on Twitter and Spotify Cares on Facebook. They'll gladly help you out with this issue.

 

If he's living in a different address, he can get Premium for his account here.
