Can't accept the invitation of family premium

I didn't accept the invitation of family premium plan for the first time and now I was invited again but it stuck on the page to enter my information and can't go on. What should I do?

I also have the same problem, I have 3 of my family and two are all sorted but although I have invited and accepted by sons invite it won’t upgrade him
