Can't access wife's duo

So this year I came off of a different Spotify Family plan that I was in with some old housemates

My wife invited me to her Spotify Duo but when I accept the invite the link simply states that I can't join that plan and :

"We couldn’t confirm that you live with the plan manager for this Premium plan. You can join someone else’s plan again in 12 months.

Or find another Premium plan that’s right for you."

But it never gives me the option to fill my address information in.

Should I delete my account and start again?
