Can't add members to the family plan

Can't add members to the family plan

Can not add members to my family plan, shows not in the same location. Trying to add my dad and brother who living in the same house but says not the same location. What should I do?

Hey @MenukaPansilu,

 

Thanks for reaching out.

 

To start, I recommend making sure you’re not using a VPN, as this can sometimes interfere with Spotify.

 

If that’s not the case, try opening an incognito window or switching to another device or network to see if that helps.

 

Lastly, double-check that the saved address for your Premium Family plan is up to date, as this can sometimes cause issues too.

This is an ongoing issue with no resolution from Spotify. There are dozens of people with this issue. Nothing Maxim suggests will likely work. We had to cancel our family plan and I no longer have access to the service 

Thanks for the reply @Maxim, but it didn't work. As you said I tried all the things you said but it still gives the same page.

Its weird because 3 of my family accounts did join but i have 2 more i want joined but doesn't work, is it account issue?
