Currently two people on Family plan but no slots available to add more members of the family?

Are you able to send them an invite following these steps using a different browser or private window?

If that doesn't help, can you verify if you're on the Premium Family plan and also provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing exactly?  Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community.
