Can't claim a google home mini, but I am eligible. Please help!

My Question or Issue

I want to claim a Google Home Mini, but it says I am not eligible. I currently have a family subscription, subscribed through Spotify and not a partner, we all live in the USA, and we have a credit card that is on automatic renewel. I've never claimed a Google Home Mini before either, so could someone please explain to me the problem?

In one of the pages you're navigated through there is a link for full terms and conditions I believe it said, make sure you click on full terms and conditions link let it open then exit, that worked for me..either a coincidence or it takes about an hour to get the rewards promo applied to your account....
