Can't join Family Plan

Good morning,

 

I was in my family plan for like 2 months before a email asked me to verify my account, honestly I didn't do it until I was moved to a free account, but when I did, it said I had already tried and that they would send me an email with new steps (still waiting for that email).

 

I also tried sending a new invitation and everything seems fine until another message appears saying that my address can't be confirmed.

 

My father is the one that have the family plan and my sister is in there without any problems. We were enjoying the benefits until a couples months ago.

 

Hopefully you can help me

I asked for help here: https://support.spotify.com/us/contact-spotify-anonymous/ and everything is good now.. you should try doing the same 🙂

Same problem with my wife , and she does live in teh same house i do , what we do with that ?
