Can't join family plan

Can't join family plan

Trying to join as a member of a family plan from the manager of a duo, but I keep receiving an error whenever I attempt to verify the address. No further information is provided with the error, just to try again.

Hi there, and welcome to the Community!

 

Is your subscription still on Premium Duo? If so, I suggest that you cancel your current plan and wait until it reverts to Free. Than you can try to join the Family Plan and it should work.
