Hey, i changed my email on spotify, ichanged it because it will not open but suddenly i lost my famly premium. how can i get my fam premium back

It sounds like you may have accidentally created another account with the email address instead of updating it on your existent account which is on Premium Family, which is the reason why you don't see your subscription. No worries.
