Can't log in to family premium

Can't log in to family premium

I signed up for Family premium and only 1 of the 5 people in my family is able to accept the invite.

Welcome to the Spotify Community, we're glad to see you're part of the band.

 

Right now, all members of the Premium for Family plan must live in the same physical address.

 

If you're having trouble verifying the address of one member, and he lives in the same physical address as you, we suggest contacting our Support team via @SpotifyCares on Twitter and Spotify Cares on Facebook. They'll gladly help you out with this issue.

 

If the members are having trouble getting the email invitation, could you ask them to check their junk/spam filter for the email?

 

If they're living in a different address, they can get Premium for their accounts here.
