Invite to family member not getting through

I have a family subscription and I'm trying to invite my son but he isn't getting the invite to his email. I'm trying to send the invite using a browser in my iPhone (Chrome or Safari - same problem) and while I get a confirmation saying the invite has been sent, my son never receives the invitation email. I've tried a dozen times. And yes, we do live at the same address. What can I do?!

Me too but I have scanned through similar posts and there does not seem to be an answer. I've also tried sending Spotify Cares a messenger message but no luck there either. The e mail invitations I have sent to my son and daughter have not reached them.

Me too. Two of my children have received the invite but not the third. It is the correct email address. I cannot find an answer anywhere. Please can someone help?

I used the Spotify cares messenger link and they fixed my problem within 24 hours. They were quick and helpful and I can thoroughly recommend them.
