Can't log on my family plan because we can't match de Zipcodes

Can't log on my family plan because we can't match de Zipcodes

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

My wife has the Family subscription, but her zipcode option is blocked.

When she invites me to join, our zipcodes don't match.

How can we solve that?
