My Question or Issue

I am trying to enable explicit content on a member, but when I select the option to manage members, nothing is clickable. It's just a static list of my plan's members. I have tried on Chrome, Firefox, Safari and tried incognito mode. One thing to note is that my plan is full, I have 6 members.

Hey there @levittron,

Thanks for reaching out on the Community!

You should be able to change the explicit content settings for members in a Family plan directly through the account page. However, keep in mind that only the plan manager can change these settings. In this case, since you can't adjust the settings, we recommend double-checking so that you're logged in to the manager account.

You can check the subscription status for your account here - info on who is the plan manager will be displayed as well.

Should your account page show that you're the manager, could you try opening the Family page on another device to see if you notice any difference?

If the account page shows that you're a member of the plan, however, we recommend reaching out to the plan manager, so that they can adjust the settings from their end.

Hope this helps! Let us know if you need anything else.

Hi hi!, My names Lili, and my mom is trying to remove my ex off our family plan, but i went on ( Spotify.com/account) and went on, Overview account, clicked suscribió, and scorlled, it don't show mange users or members, went to every YouTube. And on top of that, how come when I go to a different city, my Spotify fmaily (as a member) kicks me out? How come?

When logged in on our Family Plan as the account manager, I can no longer change my son's settings. Also, it's weird that he is listed as "plan member" (no account name) and there is no arrow to the right to click for changing settings. From within his account, I see that he can turn explicit content on and off without my permission. Why am I unable to access his account, and why is he able to manage his own settings?

We are having a similar problem, but with only one person on our Family Plan. The problem exists whether I use Safari or Chrome, and after having logged out and logged back in on devices.

I tried to upload 3 images to show what's going on. It will only allow one upload, so I provided the one from my account showing my son as "plan member" with no arrow to click and adjust settings.
