Cannot add address to Family Premium plan

Cannot add address to Family Premium plan

Hello folks,

 

I can't add my family to my Family Premium plan as the Google Maps-powered address field doesn't autocomplete.

 

I've been messaging with Spotify support for around 4 hours now, have tried everything: multiple different browsers, different devices, different wifi connections, incognito mode, clearing the cache, using a plus code instead.. all I see is an empty address field telling me to confirm a non-existent address, followed by an error message saying try again later.

 

I've messaged with 8 different people at Spotify but they have no solution. I guess I'll have to give up on using Spotify? I'm out of ideas here.

Hey @carabonecottage,

 

Thanks for coming to the Community. 

 

It might help to cancel your current subscription and wait until it fully expires. Once it’s reverted to Free, you should be able to subscribe again, and the address field should work as expected.

 

That said, I understand this can feel a bit inconvenient. A quicker option would be to get in touch with Spotify Support—they can assist with the process so you can immediately re-subscribe without having to wait.
