Cannot add family members

Hi, yesterday my mother and sister were removed from my premium for family membership. We live in the same address but when I invite them again and when they enter our home address they get rejected. I may have incorrectly entered my address when I first joined Spotify, but now I cannot change it. What can we do about this?
PS: It wasn't cool that they were removed on day that my credit card was charged for the month.
