Cant add member on family account

Cant add member on family account

Hi can someone help me i already subscribe to family plan and paid for it. i was able to use my own personal account but i wasnt able to add nor invite my friends when i go to add members option it just routes me to a white blank screen.

Hello @mylesspaas

 

 

This is common problem and the solution is easy. Please try to open the family subscription page with different browser or by using incognito/private mode in your current one. Sometimes there is a problem with browser cache or cookies and this usually fixes it.
