Changed to Premium family, paid, but my account still only single premium

Changed to Premium family, paid, but my account still only single premium

Hi, I changed my Premium Account to premium family and chose the annual payment. The money (119,88€) has been deducted from my credit card 5 days ago. Yet my account is still only premium. If I click on Premium Family in my account settings, I just get the "Click here to sign up for Premium Family" page. 

Also, I found no other contact to spotiy to ask my question. 

Can someone help me with either a good spotify contact adress or what I need to do in my settings? Thanks in advance for any help.
