My Question or Issue

Hi there

so we have a family premium account and I have two children who both have Spotify kids. We recently discovered that there are a number of Enid Blyton audiobooks available so I tried to access them in my children’s accounts but they weren’t there? I then saved the audiobook as a playlist and shared that with them. The playlist shows for them but they were unable to play it? I don’t understand why they can’t access children’s audiobooks? Please help.

I have taken a closer look, and understand your concern. You'll have to share it through a playlist if you'd like the content to be available through Spotify Kids. I understand that there are other Audiobooks available in the Spotify Kids app, and while this specific Audiobook isn't available directly yet, it might become available in the future (but I can't guarantee that).

i have already tried sharing it as a playlist and although it shows in their shared playlists it won’t play for them?

I have just tried adding the Christmasaurus as a playlist and sharing it and the exact same thing has happened. It shows for them but won’t play, we get that oops screen every time.

Hey @DaviesC20,

Thanks for sending over the screenshots and for the info!

Keep in mind that Audiobooks aren't supported in the Kids app at the moment and the same goes for podcasts.
