Confirm address to continue Premium for Family

My Question or Issue

I just got an email from 'Spotify' with a warning that I have to confirm my home address to continue using Premium for Family. There is a "confirm" button. Is this legit? Why would Spotify need my home address? Is this because I have college kids living in different cities and using my Premium account. I don't see anything about it on the website.

Hey there!

I do believe it is legitimate. 

Spotify state that:

Unless you use Premium for Family, you don’t need to register your address with Spotify. 

And as you are applying for a Family Plan you'll need to input the address.

I'd also like to mention that, everyone on the plan must reside at the same address which is why they need an address to be confirmed.
