Deleted family member by mistake

Deleted family member by mistake

Hi - I deleted a family member from my Premium Family Account by mistake because they couldn't log in and there was a spelling error in their username (which it transpires had always been there). However, I also REPORTED IT AS SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY. i sent another invite which now doesn't work. Can I get them back?

Could you elaborate more on what you mean by the mentioned report?


You should be able to send a new invite, if a user has left the plan. Could you retry it through a different device and ask the member to accept it through a different device as well? Are there any error messages on the member's end?
