Hi.. so I currebtly live in china and have done for almost six months. There was a problem getting money to my English account to pay Spotify subscription, there's money there for the last couple of days now though and my Spotify continued working so I presume it's been paid, I'm unable to check my bank account at the moment.
However, this morning I've been logged out of my account and an alert popped up saying I can only use Spotify abroad for 14 days.. as I said, I've been here for nearly six months and using it every day.
Also, I had the family subscription. I had my boyfriend on there who's with me in china and some family in England. All of my details are still my English address etc as that's my billing address. When I've managed to log back into my account, all of my subscription details have been erased along with the family subscribers.
Can someone help me please? I've been looking for a way to contact Spotify directly but it seems it's impossible ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ™„
