Don't recieve an invitation link

Don't recieve an invitation link

Hello everyone,

My sister just bought Spotify Family and she added me, but I don't get an invitation link. 

Its registered that I live at the same address as her, so I don't get what's the problem... Can someone help me, please?

Hey @user-removed,

 

Can you please tell her to try sending the invite again, from a different browser/incognito window?

Let me know if that does the trick. I’d also suggest checking that she’s following the exact invite a member steps here: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/subscription_information/premium-for-family/.
