13 year old son trying to sign up for family plan after deleteing kids account cannoy sign up but get's the error "You don’t meet Spotify’s age requirements."

At the moment, your son needs to enter a date of birth that meets the required age to use Spotify, in order to sign up for an account. You can check the sign-up age limit for your country in Spotify's T&Cs.

Can you tell me in which country you're located? A screenshot of the error message would be helpful, too 🙂

I’m having the same issue, I’m located in Poland and according to https://www.spotify.com/pl/legal/end-user-agreement/#s1 13 years old can use Spotify. However, entering 2011 as year of birth result in an error, the same for every date under 18 yo. Could you help? Right now I need to advise my kids to enter incorrect date of birth.
