Estoy intentando comprar membresía premium familiar y no me deja contratar con mi tarjeta de débito.
Pongo todos mis datos correctos pero no me deja hacer el pago, me sale error.

Based on what you've described, we understood that you're experiencing issues with your subscription. By saying that you can't buy Premium subscription with your debit card, you got us thinking that the payment method you're trying to use might not be supported.

We'd recommend that you take a look at your Receipts page. There you should be able to see all your charges and check if you've been charged for the subscription. If you don't see the payment there, it means that it hasn't gone through successfully on our end.

If you see that the payment has failed - head here to see what you can do. 
 

Keep in mind that in order for the payment to go through successfully, your card needs to meet all of our requirements mentioned in the article above. 

If that's not case - feel free to elaborate more on your issue. Screenshots of what you see when you try to purchase the plan will be very helpful to us well. Note: Be aware this is a public space, so please don't share any personal info on the screenshot you'll send us.
