The first thing to do is to invite your family members to Premium for Family.

You can have up to 6 different accounts on your Spotify Family account.

This means that you can play at 6 different devices at the same time. 

So if you got your own account, you can play at the same time as your family members.

If you want to play different songs on multiple devices at the same time, you'll have to use a different account on each device.

In the mobile app, you can log out by going to your Libary, then clicking on the settings icon in the top right and at the bottom of that page is a 'LOG OUT' button.

The administrator of your Spotify Family account will just pay 15€ for up to 6 different accounts. If you would pay for 6 different accounts without Spotify Family, you would pay 60€, so you are potentially safing 45€. You just need to make different accounts to play on different devices at the same time.
