Failed in sending the invite link for family plan

Failed in sending the invite link for family plan

I'm haveing trouble sending a invite link to a family member at gmail. The member did get the invite link even after I sent it multiple times. It is not in his spam folder as well.

Hey @Jay95070,

 

Can you try sending the invite again, from a different browser/incognito window?

Let me know if that does the trick. I’d also suggest checking that you’re following the exact invite a member steps here: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/subscription_information/premium-for-family/.
