Family Manager

Family Manager

I pay for a premium family account.  I am listed as a member but not the manager.  There is someone else on the account (no name, just an account ID) who is listed as the manager.  How do I wrestle control of being the house manager so I can actually use my account and add my family, and kick off this person?

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community. I'll try to help you out. The person who pays for the Family subscription is the plan manager. Since you mentioned you're the one paying for it, it's possible that this account that shows a random username belongs to you.

 

Can you try having a password reset here using the randomly generated username for this account? Then check any email addresses you own to see if you got an email to create a new password. If so, you should be able to log in to your family plan page here using the username/email and newly generated password.
